make sure your back collecting for maximum benefit, by your bill costs i would guess that you are

gov't go capitalist during back collect, and democracy during tax collections.

you've got great military wonders, but we need more economic wonders to boost up those collections and build your warchest. military is only as good as the bankroll in a war. So go for sss, then stock market, then sdi.
